Refund in the event of unexpected circumstances

In accordance with the provisions of European pharmaceutical legislation, we are unfortunately unable to take back prescription medicines.

If your delivery is damaged or does not arrive at all, we will arrange a free reshipment at 100% of our cost. Your satisfaction is important to us, so we offer you the option of a full refund if you are still unhappy after two reshipments.

Fast processing and delivery

Please allow 2-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of payment to process and ship your order. If you have not received a package after 12 business days, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately by e-mail or phone.
